Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed, it will be packaged and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship from the United States using trusted domestic carriers. Delivery times begin once your order has shipped:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

• Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days)

• Priority Shipping (1–3 business days)

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, high-volume seasons, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen delivery speed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We do not reroute, modify, or update shipping addresses once an order has been submitted.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

• We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery confirmation.

• For packages damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping will be added in the future.
